I received my 2.0 Keurig MODEL: K460 as a gift. S/N401.0200.1427017 as a gift. It brewed one time and would not brew again. Second problem it does not recognize the K-CARAFE PACS so I can not brew for a K-Carafe. Please help as soon as possible. More...
