  • Keurig Doesn't Ship All Items

Two separate Keurig purchases on two separate occasions in less than 3 months time period, and Keurig FAILS! The company deducts the money directly from your checking account for the exact amount ordered, but fails to ship all items even though they clearly appear on the invoice. Then, when you call 1-866-901-BREW to inquire about the missing items, they promise to send a coupon by e-mail for "free" coffee (you already paid them for, but never received), and you don't receive the e-mail for the coupon either, nor the missing items, nor the refund!!! • Keurig 2.0 a mixed bargain

Our first Keurig died after 3.5 years, I expect CostCo will take it back. We already bought the new 2.0 and have mixed feelings about it. Getting past the stupid DRM issues of needing only Keurig pods was easy. We buy San Francisco Bay coffee pods and they have a way of cheating the system into thinking it sees a correct pod and they also have imitated the ink around the top of the pod so it works fine. So, to us that is not an issue. What is bothering me however is that every few days we need to clean the needle otherwise it spurts and takes forever to get our 8 or 10 ozs of coffee.... More...

  • Keurig 2.0 K300

My beloved Cuisinart Keurig coffee maker died last Monday. I've owned and loved this machine for 4-5 years. We made 6-8 cups daily with it. I made the HORRENDOUS mistake of purchasing a Keurig 2.0 K300 machine. Happily took it home. Found out it did not come with a filter so I went out to buy one. Found out it doesn't dispense 12 oz so I decided I would perservere and do 8 oz followed by 4oz. All in the name of coffee love. BUT. I will not tolerate a machine that will only accept 2.0 technology. What a money grab. I've purchased coffee from the keurig site MANY... More...

  • Worst Buying Decision 2015

SORROWFUL NEWS: I'm *not* in love with my new Keurig 2.0!!! Argh! Singing the COFFEE BLUES.... 1. My coffee mug is tall. So when it said adjustable coffee size...Uhm? NOT what I had in mind - comes about half way up my cup! I have my coffee & prayer time & don't want to keep getting up and refilling. 2. You *cannot* use the re-usable cartridge with the 2.0, that I was told I would be able to, and put my own coffee in it. BUTT Nooooo! 3. The 2.0 will not use ANY other brand than the Keurig! I had bought some organic that day at the store of another brand. It, no... More...

  • Keurig 2.0 carafe setting not working

I stupidly purchased a Keurig 2.0 machine. It was working fine, then all of a sudden, the carafe setting stopped working. It said to "add more water" no matter how much water was in the machine. I called Keurig's customer support, as this machine is still in the warranty phase, and the "support" staff spent all their time trying to figure out how to make this MY fault. If it was something I was doing, why was the carafe setting the only one not working? I couldn't take it anymore and hung up the phone. I can't get a refund, nor a replacement for a... More...

  • Keurig B150 brewer problems

I have purchased two Keurig B150 brewers because they can be 'plumbed-in' to my central RO water supply, and also because they will brew a 12oz. cup size. However, I have now had problems with BOTH of them and Keurig's only answer is that they will provide a replacement unit that WILL NOT connect to my central RO water supply and DOES NOT support the 12oz. cup size. (One unit overheated and almost started a fire - now just says overheated and does nothing. The other simply sits there with a "Heating - please wait" message on the screen.) I am perfectly willing to... More...

  • Special Addition Replacement

I have probably acquired my last Keurig brewer. My special Addition K65 brewer lasted almost a year when it simply stopped pumping water. After a phone call to Keurig customer support it was determined by them that it needed to be replaced and that since my Special Addition was no longer made, they would "upgrade" me with a new K2.0 model. So about 3 days later I received my replacement K2.0-400 brewer. If you search on their web site, there is NO model K2.0-400. This was their solution of a replacement brewer. The K2.0 brewers are supposed to come with a carafe and some sample... More...

  • Now our 2nd machine broke after 2 weeks

We love the system, but the quality of the brewer is less than satisfactory. We had to return 2 of the 1.0 and then decided to purchase the 2.0. The first one lasted a week and the pump became defective and this morning the 2nd 2.0 stopped working after just 10 days with the same problem! We have about 5-6 cups of coffee a day between my wife and I......so it is not being over used. Wouldn't it be great if they made this in the US instead of China. I am at a point now of sending it back together with all the K Cups and go a different route. More...

  • Keurig coffee maker 2.0 NO GOOD

I had a very nice Keurig, the model just before the 2.0. It was our second one - first one we went back (over a year of service). Company said they didn't make ours anymore and would send us their new (middle of the line) 2.0. It came - we went through the learning curve to operate it. Didn't like that we could only use the company's K-cups - but so be it - we order from Green Mountain and all the recent orders had the 'right' K-cups - SO FAR SO GOOD. We used the new 2.0 for two days and then it 'went dead'. Called company and they told us to use a... More...

  • Keurig Coffee too Strong!!

We recewived a Keurig for Christmas from our kids. My husband is now and has been since the first week we started using it, making his coffee in a kettle on the stove!!(campfire coffee!). He will not use it b/c the Keurig cups that come with it, make the coffee waaay to strong for him. Because we received it from our kids, I use it by running the coffee through one Keurig 3 times! before I can get it to the strength I can tolerate. I then keep it in an old fashioned thermos to keep it warm while I drink my 3 cups for the next few hours. When I want the next cup I put it in microwave!! Do... More...

  • Keurig 2.0, K550

Our son gave us one of these for Christmas. Can I suggest that you send everyone that has registered their machine with you - instructions on how to use the machine without your brand of K Cups. This would be to your advantage, since people are outraged about it. We received this brewer as a gift. We had no knowledge of it being this way and can't afford to buy the K Cups all the time. Also would like to be able to obtain a refillable K CUP for a regular size and a refillable K CUP for the Carafe. Thank you. This would make us happy. DD More...

  • Keurig poor customer service

We got a new Keurig K-Cup for Christmas from our son. We ordered some K-cup coffees on December 29, 2014 and on December 30, 2014, we received the confirmation and it stated the order shipped that day and provided the tracking number as well. A week later we still hadn't received our order. I went on line to check the tracking status and our tracking number was unrecognized!! We waited another couple of days and check again...same thing. • K 10 Recall, I'm mad!

My K10 purchased from QVC in March is under recall, but that does not mean they will replace it and QVC referred me to Keurig. They are sending me repair parts in 3 to 4 weeks. I have to stand back to use machine and can't brew the second cup without having to wait a while. It has spit water out and all over countertop and makes loud sound during brewing. Cost about $100 and that is a lot for me to spend on a coffeemaker that does not work properly. I will never ever buy this brand again and I think the Government should make them replace these defective brewers. More...

  • Keurig 2.0 - dissapointed

I bought a 2.0 About 2 months ago and within 3 weeks, it wouldn't drip. I called customer service and was told that I have to insert a paperclip into the needle to clear the grounds out and make it work. How ridiculous! I could go buy a $10 auto drip coffeemaker that would probably last 20 years without requiring ANY paperclip action. This is terrible! I've had to do this 3 times already on this Keurig. Does anyone else find this to be a bit ridiculous? I've called customer service and they state this is what I need to do and that's just the way it is. It makes... More...

  • keurig platinum plus bit the dust after 1 1/2 years

QVC sold me a Keurig for about $160 that I would have given 10 stars until the day it broke. Now my rating would be ZERO. I was told by Keurig the product Keurig Platinum Plus brewer could not be repaired and of course the limited warranty has expired. I don't recall QVC or Keurig offering an extended warranty, maybe I missed it. I know the Keurig 2.0 being sold now on QVC has NO extended warranty offer attached. I get that the limited warranty is over in a year . What I don get is why can a customer not get any results for a broken brewer other than a Keurig Rep saying you can... More...

  • Keurig single serving coffee maker

I bought a single serving coffee maker, and about a year after owning it, it started automatically shutting off mid-brew. I followed all the cleaning and maintenance requirements, but It finally stopped working altogether. So, I went out and bought another one. Approximately 6 months later, it completely failed. I put the water in, close the chamber, and the light goes from blue to flashing yellow. But when pressed, it just keeps flashing yellow. It won't brew. I have to go buy a 3rd coffee maker in less than two years. It SURE won't be a Keurig! More...

I got the vue for christmas last year(2013) and was excited that I could brew lattes and such. to my disappointment barely any stores carried the vue cups and those that did kept little flavors of coffee mainly italian roast or other plain coffee. If you want any good stuff you have to order online and wait 2-3 weeks for it to get to you. Now you can't even buy the vue in stores or on their site but you can get the cups. it is ridiculous that I now have a $100 paper weight on my counter and feel like it was a total waste. More...

  • Worst Product Ever

In December of 2013 I purchased a Keurig coffee maker that sported the water tank on the side. Wife and I enjoyed the variety of coffee we could make. After only two months the machine stopped making coffee. Followed the directions for cleaning to no avail. Took the machine back for a replacement which was a lesser machine - no water tank. Another two months and that machine failed to make coffee. Have cleaned it multiple times to no avail. I was told at the time that the store would not replace it again. More...

  • Keurig 2.0 5000

I purchased the Keurig 2.0 on 10.2.2014. After spending over $200 on the Keurig and one box of the Carafe K-Cups (@$13.98 a box), I am very disappointed. I made coffee in the carafe this morning. First of all, it is indicated in the owners manual that it holds 3-4 cups. It does not, it only holds 2. Secondly, the carafe is very cheap. It feels like it should be in a child's toy kitchen. This carafe does not keep the coffee hot (it only was in the carafe for 1/2 hour). Cheap plastic does not keep a hot beverage hot. I had to re-heat my coffee in the microwave. Needless to say,... WE have been using kcups for years and I have purchased them from JCPenny the last time I received a box that does not have the butter toffee taste and is weak I had purchased 4 boxes so hopefully this is only one of the boxes. • QVC - Poor Customer Service on Keurig Order

I purchased a Keurig as a present for my daughter recently. It was supposed to ship with 100 K Cups. The machine arrived but the K cups didn't. I called QVC and they assured me that they would be sent right away. After two or three weeks, the K cups had still not arrived. I called QVC back and they informed me that a notation in the file stated "Corporate" said that there was a false bottom in the box and the K-Cups were in the box. Of course the box is now long gone as it has been three or four weeks since the machine was delivered. Were the K-Cups ever in the box?... More...

We bought an OfficePro Keurig brewing system about 1 year ago & it gave out less & less water, and took forever to brew. I'd try to brew my 10oz cup & would only get 5oz. I can't say enough about their customer service - they are very professional and apologized several times about the brewer's problems. Keureg I love the machines and the convenience of use. Now I had a problem as well where my first machine quit 3 days after the warranty ended. I had to buy another machine and had a problem with this machine as well. I contacted their CS department in December of 2013 and was assured that they were sorry and offered me 2 -24 pack boxes of coffee for free for my troubles. Well that was in December, The shipment never showed and when I contacted them again to ask what was up they said they had no record of my complaint. Of course right? Well I explained in detail why they were giving me free coffee as they asked why, and he assured me that there would be no problem this time around, select the 2 flavours I would like and they would be shipped promptly. Well I get an invoice from Keureg on Sunday March 16th that the coffee had been packed and dispatched to FedEx and I should receive it soon, so I scroll down to read the invoice and it says the receiver of this shipment MUST pay $9.95 for shipping and any applicable taxes upon arrival. I was like WTF! That isn't free! I would be better suited to go and buy them myself! But the kicker here is clicking on the FedEx tracking number, lol what a bunch of idiots they are! It is a phony tracking number and FedEx has no record of any shipment from Keureg. Keureg if you read this, Kiss my ass! You bunch of liars! I won't even use your k cups anymore, I use the machine solely for the hot water and use Tim Hortons canned coffee in a NON Keureg branded reusable k cup that is much better than the one you offer for 20 bucks!

It's surprising reading all these reviews about keurigs breaking so quickly. I bought my first keurig over 3 years ago and it's still going strong. I have always used only tap water, and it hasn't caused any problems. I do clean it out with white vinegar every few months. It freaks me out wondering what's going on inside that I can't see so cleaning it gives me that peace of mind while maybe also contributing to its longevity.

My Keurig is 15 months old. Water gushes out the bottom. I have spoken with Reps. Several times, their response has always been, it's a sealed unit that cannot be repaired. Although we'll sell you a replacement at a discounted price. I truly believe the machine is defective and should be replaced at no charge. Keurig should disclose in their warranty information that this product is a sealed unit; therefore can't be repaired. Therefore if it breaks buy another Keurig at a discounted price or go back to your dependable Cusinart or Mr coffee etc. I would appreciate a response from Keurig. My customer # K4823477

How about you actually try fixing the problems with your product so that you can actually maybe have a good product and work on your customer service issues with all the people that have wasted there money buying your product when it clearly had not held up! Unfortunately I purchased two of these machines and won't be wasting my money again. So sad too!

I also have am done with Keurig- a very expensive cup of coffee made in an UNRELIABLE MACHINE- everything was working fine until I descaled it. Now the pump won't pick up water or just a tiny bit. After 3 calls for help I was detoured to Corporate customer service who wants to give me a discount on a new machine- NOT Interested!! I told them I will only continue to buy K-cups (which is their core business) if they will stand behind their machine, which by the way is Made in China. I read an article that Green Mountain had purchased Keurig a year or 2 ago and they were manufacturing the machines in Vermont which I now know to be false. I had a Bunn for 10 years before I had any problems with it so I'm going back to Bunn for a new coffee maker. I think it's time for people to stand up against these types of companies that sell overpriced goods that are unreliable and probably just a fad after the word gets out.

I have purchased 7 Keurig Coffee makers, one for each of my children. All (7) seven have failed, and no longer brew coffee. Mine quit yesterday. I followed the procedures outlined under repairs, i,e, clean the various holes, use a gallon of white vinegar, let it set for four hours, etc.. Now the pump does not make any noise at all. I am extremly upset with your product. Please provide a solution. My wife enjoyes the coffee that it brews, however she has simply said " I am buying a different coffee maker. Please help

I bought a Keurig coffee maker and after two months it broke. It said "prime" so I read the user's manual, and it stated that I should call customer service. The rep walked me through some steps to fix it...remove the water tank, empty the water, shake it up and down vigorously, replace water, brew three cups...and on the third cup it said "prime" again. The rep stated she would have a new machince sent, which arrived today. I felt pretty good about getting a new machine until I did some research online. It sounds like many customers are on there 2nd and 3rd machines because they keep having problems...yikes!
