Oops. I bought a coffee maker from a money hungry company who after spending 180.00 on a cheep machine, they don't want me to save a dollar on some K-Cups. Most of my cup have the K on the cup and they still don't work. Starbucks cup don't work !!!!!!!!!! The biggest company in the world.Never again. I already returned it. I use to like them. • Keurig 2.0 - dissapointed

I bought a 2.0 About 2 months ago and within 3 weeks, it wouldn't drip. I called customer service and was told that I have to insert a paperclip into the needle to clear the grounds out and make it work. How ridiculous! I could go buy a $10 auto drip coffeemaker that would probably last 20 years without requiring ANY paperclip action. This is terrible! I've had to do this 3 times already on this Keurig. Does anyone else find this to be a bit ridiculous? I've called customer service and they state this is what I need to do and that's just the way it is. It makes... More...

  • keurig platinum plus bit the dust after 1 1/2 years

QVC sold me a Keurig for about $160 that I would have given 10 stars until the day it broke. Now my rating would be ZERO. I was told by Keurig the product Keurig Platinum Plus brewer could not be repaired and of course the limited warranty has expired. I don't recall QVC or Keurig offering an extended warranty, maybe I missed it. I know the Keurig 2.0 being sold now on QVC has NO extended warranty offer attached. I get that the limited warranty is over in a year . What I don get is why can a customer not get any results for a broken brewer other than a Keurig Rep saying you can... More...

  • Keurig single serving coffee maker

I bought a single serving coffee maker, and about a year after owning it, it started automatically shutting off mid-brew. I followed all the cleaning and maintenance requirements, but It finally stopped working altogether. So, I went out and bought another one. Approximately 6 months later, it completely failed. I put the water in, close the chamber, and the light goes from blue to flashing yellow. But when pressed, it just keeps flashing yellow. It won't brew. I have to go buy a 3rd coffee maker in less than two years. It SURE won't be a Keurig! More...

  • Disappointed vue

I got the vue for christmas last year(2013) and was excited that I could brew lattes and such. to my disappointment barely any stores carried the vue cups and those that did kept little flavors of coffee mainly italian roast or other plain coffee. If you want any good stuff you have to order online and wait 2-3 weeks for it to get to you. Now you can't even buy the vue in stores or on their site but you can get the cups. it is ridiculous that I now have a $100 paper weight on my counter and feel like it was a total waste. More...

  • Worst Product Ever

In December of 2013 I purchased a Keurig coffee maker that sported the water tank on the side. Wife and I enjoyed the variety of coffee we could make. After only two months the machine stopped making coffee. Followed the directions for cleaning to no avail. Took the machine back for a replacement which was a lesser machine - no water tank. Another two months and that machine failed to make coffee. Have cleaned it multiple times to no avail. I was told at the time that the store would not replace it again. More...

  • Keurig 2.0 5000

I purchased the Keurig 2.0 on 10.2.2014. After spending over $200 on the Keurig and one box of the Carafe K-Cups (@$13.98 a box), I am very disappointed. I made coffee in the carafe this morning. First of all, it is indicated in the owners manual that it holds 3-4 cups. It does not, it only holds 2. Secondly, the carafe is very cheap. It feels like it should be in a child's toy kitchen. This carafe does not keep the coffee hot (it only was in the carafe for 1/2 hour). Cheap plastic does not keep a hot beverage hot. I had to re-heat my coffee in the microwave. Needless to say,... • kuerig 2.0

Just bought the Kuerig 2.0 less than a month ago. Even the k-cups that came with the Brewer give me the OOPS. sign on the brewer. Called customer service and was told there is new packaging and that's was is causing this. I have thrown away tons of coffee that wont work in this new Brewer. I'm ready to send it back. This is my third Kuerig and I've always been satisified with them before. I would not by this model EVER again. This brewer won't even recogonize the K-cup it came with to brew your own coffee! This is my third Kuerig Brewer. I bought this Kuerig 2.0 thru Sam's club online less than a month ago. I'm Having problems with it already. Called customer service because even the K-Cups that came with the brewer give me the OOPS message saying they are not for Kuerig. I have thrown away a lot of k-cups that I can't use. I cant even use the cup that came with the brewer to brew my own coffee. Extremely mad at this point for a brewer that costs what this one costs and throwing away coffee. • KCUPS

WE have been using kcups for years and I have purchased them from JCPenny the last time I received a box that does not have the butter toffee taste and is weak I had purchased 4 boxes so hopefully this is only one of the boxes. It sure has taken the enjoyment out of my cup of coffee this has happened with four cups so far hoping there will be no more of them. Thought you should be aware so you can look into it and correct it because I sure do enjoy it and look forward to my cups of coffee I do not have the box these came in. Thank you. More...

  • QVC - Poor Customer Service on Keurig Order

I purchased a Keurig as a present for my daughter recently. It was supposed to ship with 100 K Cups. The machine arrived but the K cups didn't. I called QVC and they assured me that they would be sent right away. After two or three weeks, the K cups had still not arrived. I called QVC back and they informed me that a notation in the file stated "Corporate" said that there was a false bottom in the box and the K-Cups were in the box. Of course the box is now long gone as it has been three or four weeks since the machine was delivered. Were the K-Cups ever in the box?... More...

  • Excellent customer service

We bought an OfficePro Keurig brewing system about 1 year ago & it gave out less & less water, and took forever to brew. I'd try to brew my 10oz cup & would only get 5oz. I made several phone calls to the company, and they were very helpful in trying to help me solve the problem. I can't say enough about their customer service - they are very professional and apologized several times about the brewer's problems. During my last phone call (I think I made 4 calls total), the rep put me on hold for a couple of minutes and consulted with her manager to send us a new... More...

  • Will never buy another one

I got my Keurig for a Christmas gift. I like a hot cup of coffee like everyone else in my family. However on the weekends I tend to get up several hours before everyone else. So this was a great solution, for the first 16 months. After some time I would use the 10oz option and slowly only get 6. Now I only get 4. Customer service was useless when I called. I found that if I hit it just right it would work... I found this solution searching the internet. I understand that maybe the insides need to be cleaned. • Keurig Vue 7000

I like the fact that Keurig came out with the VUE 700. I hate the fact that you can't get the coffee many places. They changed the K Cup to a Q Peg. You can't use a K Cup in the Vue and there isn't many places that carry the Q Peg, and if you do find them, you have a chose of 5. The K Cup makes a filter cup, but of coarse the VUE doesn't. The Vue was expensive and to have to wait to get them on the internet, usually takes 2 weeks to get them from Keurig. If I had the chance to do again, would have NEVER bought this machine More...

  • Dont waste your money on a Keurig

I just got off the phone with customer service about my Keurig coffee pot not working. The girl on the phone whos name i didn't not get, was not helpful at all. One of the first things she said was that my pot was out of warranty and that she could sell me another one for about $100. I have called about this pot a few weeks ago and followed everything they told me about cleaning it so that we could get a full cup of coffee. This pot is a little over 2 years old and not used much, about 2 cups a day with using k cup and all they could do is sell me a replacement. I am sorry... More...

  • Horrible Customer Service Department

I have one of the original Keurigs and it still works fine; however it is as loud as a freight train. I thought this was normal until my Aunt, who demonstrates these machines, said "oh no, there is something wrong with that machine. Call customer service... they're wonderful." I did today and talked to a robotic rep who followed her script to a tee which was 1- find out what model I have first (note that it is old and I may be ready to upgrade anyway), 2-pretend to listen to the machine and then say "it is normal for that model" and offer $50 off of a new machine. • Keurig coffee

I just went out and bought refills for my new Keurig coffee maker - I've had it for about 3 weeks. I came home with Starbuck's Medium Brew Keurig. When I opened the box I noticed that the refills looked different than what I had before. It turns out that I had bought it for Keurig VUE - which was NOT very noticeable on the box. Now I'm sitting with an opened box and no coffee that fits my Keurig. I'm so annoyed. Why couldn't they either A) make sure that it is VERY noticeable on the box or B) make one insert fit all. I cannot believe the reviews I am reading. I feel the same as everyone else. I thought I was spending alittle extra just over a year ago, to have a decent coffee pot but I obviously should have done alittle research before I wasted my money. First off nothing was coming out so a friend showed us the paperclip trick for cleaning the tip. A short time later the pump went. • Never worked

I received a Keurig machine for xmas a few years ago. Took a few months before I took it out of the box, but when I finally got around to it the descaling light came on after 4 cups. I called to complain. Nothing was done. I ended up cycling through a bunch of water and it eventually went away, but I stopped using it b/c I don't need the hassle at 5am while trying to get ready for work. Fast forward 1 yr. • clean biweekly with paperclips

Two months after purchasing my machine it clogged and would not work. I followed instructions to clean the upper needle with "paper clip" and it worked. Less than 2 weeks later I had the same problem and called customer service. They we not sympathetic to my frustration. She said I should be using the paper clip "every 2 weeks" to clean the needle since we make about 32 cups per week. She also said they recommend "shaking the pod" before putting it in the brewer. It seems unreasonable to be under the hood with a paper clip every 2 weeks to keep this thing... More...

  • Keurig online store completely unreliable

I have been ordering from the online Keurig store for over a year with no issues...........until now. They have screwed up three online orders in a row!!! The first order was lost, the second order was missing items, and the third order I just placed this month was never shipped and I was given an invalid tracking number. I have had my Keurig for over a year and a half now. I received it in January 2011. I have used it a total of 10-15 times. About a year ago I called in to Keurig Customer service because it wasn't working properly. They instructed me how to clean the needles and then it started working again. I used it a few more times before moving, since January of 2012 it has been packed up because I moved to a new house. • Keurig Stopped Working Again!!!

I am on my second Keurig brewer, and again it has stopped working. The machine will not brew a cup of coffee. With our previous machine we went through the whole "cleaning with a paperclip" two times with customer service on the phone and then finally they sent us a replacement. This time the machine is no longer under warranty so they want me to pay them to send a new one (discounted of course). • Don't waste your Money on a Keurig!

Between Myself and various family members, we must have replaced our Keurig machines almost 10 times total! My most recent one lasted just over 2 whole years before dying. Wow, must be some kind of record! So that comes to a cost of about 90 dollars a year for the coffee maker! Just spoke to someone in customer service who offered a new one at the "discounted" price over a hundred dollars! I can buy one at the store for that! The quality of these machines are awful, the warranty is awful, and the customer service response is awful. If it's longer than a year, Keurig fully... More...

  • Broken Keurig after a year and a half

These Keurigs do not last long at all, and the warranty is only for a year. After a year and a half ours broke and it wasn't because it needed to be cleaned. It has something to do with the parts inside. I would not recommend a Keurig to anyone. Who wants to spend 175.00 on one of these and it only last a year or two. I wouldn't buy a car or a tv if it only lasted a couple years. Keurig needs to back their products better and at least extend the warranty. Good thing this was a wedding gift. Keureg I love the machines and the convenience of use. Now I had a problem as well where my first machine quit 3 days after the warranty ended. I had to buy another machine and had a problem with this machine as well. I contacted their CS department in December of 2013 and was assured that they were sorry and offered me 2 -24 pack boxes of coffee for free for my troubles. Well that was in December, The shipment never showed and when I contacted them again to ask what was up they said they had no record of my complaint. Of course right? Well I explained in detail why they were giving me free coffee as they asked why, and he assured me that there would be no problem this time around, select the 2 flavours I would like and they would be shipped promptly. Well I get an invoice from Keureg on Sunday March 16th that the coffee had been packed and dispatched to FedEx and I should receive it soon, so I scroll down to read the invoice and it says the receiver of this shipment MUST pay $9.95 for shipping and any applicable taxes upon arrival. I was like WTF! That isn't free! I would be better suited to go and buy them myself! But the kicker here is clicking on the FedEx tracking number, lol what a bunch of idiots they are! It is a phony tracking number and FedEx has no record of any shipment from Keureg. Keureg if you read this, Kiss my ass! You bunch of liars! I won't even use your k cups anymore, I use the machine solely for the hot water and use Tim Hortons canned coffee in a NON Keureg branded reusable k cup that is much better than the one you offer for 20 bucks!

It's surprising reading all these reviews about keurigs breaking so quickly. I bought my first keurig over 3 years ago and it's still going strong. I have always used only tap water, and it hasn't caused any problems. I do clean it out with white vinegar every few months. It freaks me out wondering what's going on inside that I can't see so cleaning it gives me that peace of mind while maybe also contributing to its longevity.

My Keurig is 15 months old. Water gushes out the bottom. I have spoken with Reps. Several times, their response has always been, it's a sealed unit that cannot be repaired. Although we'll sell you a replacement at a discounted price. I truly believe the machine is defective and should be replaced at no charge. Keurig should disclose in their warranty information that this product is a sealed unit; therefore can't be repaired. Therefore if it breaks buy another Keurig at a discounted price or go back to your dependable Cusinart or Mr coffee etc. I would appreciate a response from Keurig. My customer # K4823477

How about you actually try fixing the problems with your product so that you can actually maybe have a good product and work on your customer service issues with all the people that have wasted there money buying your product when it clearly had not held up! Unfortunately I purchased two of these machines and won't be wasting my money again. So sad too!

I also have am done with Keurig- a very expensive cup of coffee made in an UNRELIABLE MACHINE- everything was working fine until I descaled it. Now the pump won't pick up water or just a tiny bit. After 3 calls for help I was detoured to Corporate customer service who wants to give me a discount on a new machine- NOT Interested!! I told them I will only continue to buy K-cups (which is their core business) if they will stand behind their machine, which by the way is Made in China. I read an article that Green Mountain had purchased Keurig a year or 2 ago and they were manufacturing the machines in Vermont which I now know to be false. I had a Bunn for 10 years before I had any problems with it so I'm going back to Bunn for a new coffee maker. I think it's time for people to stand up against these types of companies that sell overpriced goods that are unreliable and probably just a fad after the word gets out.

I have purchased 7 Keurig Coffee makers, one for each of my children. All (7) seven have failed, and no longer brew coffee. Mine quit yesterday. I followed the procedures outlined under repairs, i,e, clean the various holes, use a gallon of white vinegar, let it set for four hours, etc.. Now the pump does not make any noise at all. I am extremly upset with your product. Please provide a solution. My wife enjoyes the coffee that it brews, however she has simply said " I am buying a different coffee maker. Please help

I bought a Keurig coffee maker and after two months it broke. It said "prime" so I read the user's manual, and it stated that I should call customer service. The rep walked me through some steps to fix it...remove the water tank, empty the water, shake it up and down vigorously, replace water, brew three cups...and on the third cup it said "prime" again. The rep stated she would have a new machince sent, which arrived today. I felt pretty good about getting a new machine until I did some research online. It sounds like many customers are on there 2nd and 3rd machines because they keep having problems...yikes!
