  • Keurig poor customer service

    We got a new Keurig K-Cup for Christmas from our son. We ordered some K-cup coffees on December 29, 2014 and on December 30, 2014, we received the confirmation and it stated the order shipped that day and provided the tracking number as well. A week later we still hadn't received our order. I went on line to check the tracking status and our tracking number was unrecognized!! We waited another couple of days and check again...same thing.   • keurig not working

    I have had my Keurig for over a year and a half now. I received it in January 2011. I have used it a total of 10-15 times. About a year ago I called in to Keurig Customer service because it wasn't working properly. They instructed me how to clean the needles and then it started working again. I used it a few more times before moving, since January of 2012 it has been packed up because I moved to a new house. I recently took it out and was going to run water through it, since I hadn't used it in awhile. The needles are clean, but when I push the "brew" button, it says... More...
