  • Keurig coffee makes



    I have had 4 Keurig coffee makers, and this is by far the best product ever invented. I've never had a problem until recently with model K400 2.0. I contacted customer service, and their customer service is just as great as the products. I'm very pleased that my issue was resolved. I was able to speak with a live, yes live, cs rep within a few seconds of calling the cs number. Thank you Keurig for your ability to provide all around awesome products and customer service. More...

  • Excellent customer service



    We bought an OfficePro Keurig brewing system about 1 year ago & it gave out less & less water, and took forever to brew. I'd try to brew my 10oz cup & would only get 5oz. I made several phone calls to the company, and they were very helpful in trying to help me solve the problem. I can't say enough about their customer service - they are very professional and apologized several times about the brewer's problems.     I received a Keurig coffee maker for Christmas 2010. Included was a certificate for getting two free boxes of coffee pods with the purchase of 2 boxes. Fast forward to last month, almost two years later. I find the old email and decide to go ahead and use the coupon since there was no expiration. I went online and attempted to order and the system told me the coupon had been used. I emailed customer service and about two weeks later, I received an email reply and a new coupon code, only this coupon was for two free boxes of pods (including shipping) with NO purchase required.   • Best Customer Service Ever !



    My 2 year old Keurig Brewer stopped making coffee, so I called their customer service number....on a Sunday ! After a short wait, I was connected with a rep who walked me through trouble shooting steps. After trying several fixes, we thought we had it working. I then took my brewer back to the kitchen and hooked it up. It failed to work and nothing I did corrected the problem. So I called back.
