  • Unresolved problem



    I have had a comedy of errors starting when I made the first error when I ordered my k-cup coffee filter; from Keurig Canada. Then it went down hill from there. I have had nothing but pleasant dealings with the workers at Keurig however, my problem is still not resolved. I have been informed that my issue has been escalated to a security matter but yet I have heard nothing. The situation started in November of 2016 and it is now June 2017. I just wanted to get a k-cup filter for a 2.0 coffee maker in time for Christmas 2017. I AM SO FRUSTRATED!!!!! More...

  • kuerig 2.0



    Just bought the Kuerig 2.0 less than a month ago. Even the k-cups that came with the Brewer give me the OOPS. sign on the brewer. Called customer service and was told there is new packaging and that's was is causing this. I have thrown away tons of coffee that wont work in this new Brewer. I'm ready to send it back. This is my third Kuerig and I've always been satisified with them before. I would not by this model EVER again. This brewer won't even recogonize the K-cup it came with to brew your own coffee!   • B40 Elite recurring problem



    Unit will not "prime" I've tried evrything suggested in the owners manual even went on line to look for other solutions. I cannot reach customer service by phone - I sent an email demanding a new unit be shipped directly to my home address FREE of charge including them paying the shipping - I've only had the unit less than 30 days. It's supposed to be a luxury and has only created more frustration each time I attempt to use it.     I have a Keurig Platinum Coffee maker and have had multiple problems with it. It worked for a few months without issue. I only use it for about 2 or 3 cups of coffee per day. Then, the machine decided it would constantly turn itself off before brewing. I looked online for solutions with none that were effective. After multiple attempts I was able to get the timer to set.     I placed an order with Keurig on 6/28/2011; it was returned on 7/7/2011 and today is 9/6/2011 and I have yet to receive my refund. I have contacted the company via email and FIVE phone calls over the past two months. I really do not think I need to go into this anymore. I want what is rightfully mine and nothing more.   • Receiving broken Machines and lies



    Keurig has sent out 2 brewers one of which was the wrong one. The second is leaking water all over my kitchen counter. Soaking a towel I put by it every night. They sent out another or said they did. But it never shipped until in fact I demanded to speak to a customer advocate. It seems that they tried really hard to make it look like they shipped it when they did not blaming it on Fedex that the info was never processed.   • No response from Keurig CS



    We have a Frother made by Keurig bought from Amazon 1st July 2010 and in November it failed to work. We emailed CS @ Keurig and they said they did not know what to do and call back later. We called back later and was told that a Rep from Keurig would contact us and nobody has called us. I've sent two further emails to Keurig CS and no response. Why does a company ignore complaints all we want is to return the defective item and get it replaced it's only 5 months old, surely that is not an unreasonable request. More...
