  • Never again complaint



    This is a copy of the email I just sent to Keurig. Sure, they replace them, but 5 in 16 months??? I don't make more than 1 or 2 cups a day. I am beyond frustration. I wrote you a letter several days ago and never got a response. Here's the problem. I bought my Keurig from QVC 16 months ago.   • No response from Keurig CS



    We have a Frother made by Keurig bought from Amazon 1st July 2010 and in November it failed to work. We emailed CS @ Keurig and they said they did not know what to do and call back later. We called back later and was told that a Rep from Keurig would contact us and nobody has called us. I've sent two further emails to Keurig CS and no response. Why does a company ignore complaints all we want is to return the defective item and get it replaced it's only 5 months old, surely that is not an unreasonable request. More...

  • Now getting mad



    I have been a loyal Keurig customer for about 2 1/2 years since buying one of their Platinum brewers. As a family we drink plenty of coffee and my monthly Keurig bill has often been in the $60 - $70 range. Now they are about to lose me as a customer for three reasons. Two are significant. One is minor. 1. I'm on to my 4th brewer. Count them - 4! each one has gone bad in different ways. Each has been replaced (modest kudos to Keurig) at no cost.
