Broken keurig - Keurig coffee maker


So my little sister left my keurig on. Now The machine is sucking water and pumping out water. I have asked them what is wrong they say there is something wrong internally and they offer me a new keurig for 117 dollars no shipping included my mom has had this over a year and barely used I am at my wits end. I am having the exact same problem, but I didn't leave mine on. I have the timer set to turn off after 2 hours as I have since I got it 5 years ago. While I admit, I suppose it is now time to replace, it's frustrating because a traditional coffee maker can last upwards of 10 years. Time to go back to old school I guess......
