K 10 Recall, I'm mad! - Keurig K10


My K10 purchased from QVC in March is under recall, but that does not mean they will replace it and QVC referred me to Keurig . They are sending me repair parts in 3 to 4 weeks. I have to stand back to use machine and can't brew the second cup without having to wait a while. It has spit water out and all over countertop and makes loud sound during brewing. Cost about $100 and that is a lot for me to spend on a coffeemaker that does not work properly. I will never ever buy this brand again and I think the Government should make them replace these defective brewers.
