Keurig 2.0 carafe setting not working - Keurig 2.0


I stupidly purchased a Keurig 2.0 machine. It was working fine, then all of a sudden, the carafe setting stopped working. It said to "add more water" no matter how much water was in the machine. I called Keurig's customer support, as this machine is still in the warranty phase, and the "support" staff spent all their time trying to figure out how to make this MY fault. If it was something I was doing, why was the carafe setting the only one not working? I couldn't take it anymore and hung up the phone. I can't get a refund, nor a replacement for a product under warranty? I think I'll pass on Keurig in the future.
