I placed an order on 10/28/14 at 11:34 AM CST with Keurig as I have done in the past (prior order was on 9/30/14) expecting to receive the order in about 5 days as has been done in the past. However I did receive confirmation, but never received a shipping confirmation. In about 5 days, I called Keurig Customer Service and they said the order was still in process and did not know why as none of the items ordered were out of stock - also did not indicate any items were out of stock when I originally placed the order. Said to wait a few more days and if I did not receive it, they would replace the order "Free of Charge" - now what does that mean - ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!! Here it is 11/12/14, no shipment received, no shipping notification, no help from Customer Service (someone named Gail (?) who refused to identify herself further or where she was located - so hard to file a complaint directly with Keurig. Also could not get a supervisor on the line (or refused to do so), nor could she get anyone in Corporate to take my call. I am totally fed up with this situation and would not recommend Keurig to my worst enemy. Highly overpriced products (can actually purchase in local stores for less than what Keurig charges for the K-cup and Rivo packs. Also talked to some other users of Keurig and they are also beginning to become discontented with Keurig and their ordering process - gone to hell in a handbasket!!!
