Keurig Mini Brewer -defective - Keurig B31 Mini Plus Brewer -defective

Just got off the phone with Keurig . Purchased a Mini in 2013 for my parents. Got recall notice in 2014 for replacement part for splattering issues, (my dad burnt his hand shortly before the recall notice) Call many times to get part send to me. It was NEVER delivered. According to Keurig, they did deliver it. I asked to where???? Both my parents have since died and we do not want this brewer. I asked for compensation, they are going back to see how many times I called. ??????? what has that got to do with anything? They are not willing to send the part for a defective machine, nor are they willing to provide compensation. They are only interested in proving me wrong with how many times I called to get replacement. They said they will "Listen to the conversations that I allege took place, and will call me back" I asked what they are willing to do after they "listen" to the conversations that I had with them. They said nothing, they will do nothing. Do not buy from Keurig, they do not back up their product and are not interested in compensation. The "Corporate" people said it has nothing to do with them, and they will not compensate for their mess up. Are you kidding me? Not cool Keurig, not cool at all!! I got passed around a few times to different departments who are all saying "it is not our problem"
