Keurig poor customer service - Keurig K-Cup Single Cup Brewing System


We got a new Keurig K-Cup for Christmas from our son. We ordered some K-cup coffees on December 29, 2014 and on December 30, 2014, we received the confirmation and it stated the order shipped that day and provided the tracking number as well. A week later we still hadn't received our order. I went on line to check the tracking status and our tracking number was unrecognized!! We waited another couple of days and check again...same thing. I called Keurig and spoke to a man, whose name I can't recall, (Rob or something like that.) He did not seem very knowledgeable at all about and kind of resolve for my issue. It was almost like he didn't understand me! He switched me over to "that department" where a lady named Yolanda answered. She said she could not understand why we hadn't received our order and that she was sorry and would send me a coupon for 2 free boxes of coffee with my next order. I tried to explain to her that my tracking number wasn't working but she pretty much ignored that and said the order is set to arrive here on January 13th. We called FedEx and they told us the order wasn't even brought to them for shipment until January 5th!!!! So not only do they have uninformed, unknowledgeable employees, they are also LIARS!! I was not going to say or post anything, but after talking to FedEx, I was too upset not to....
