B40 Elite recurring problem

Unit will not "prime" I've tried evrything suggested in the owners manual even went on line to look for other solutions. I cannot reach customer service by phone - I sent an email demanding a new unit be shipped directly to my home address FREE of charge including them paying the shipping - I've only had the unit less than 30 days. It's supposed to be a luxury and has only created more frustration each time I attempt to use it. I have a $10 Mr. Coffee that I've had forever and a day - I feel like smashing the Keurig and mailing it back to them - if it wasn;t for the long lines and Holiday season Iwould have done it by now. VERY UNSATISFIED.

I feel your pain!
I am on my 3rd Keurig Platinum Model because of pump problems. Every time, I swore I would NEVER buy another Keurig!
Unlike you, I was able to reach customer service every time (a lot of patience is needed!).
The first call they instructed me how to clean & descale the machine. 2nd call, I was tole that the machine was "defective" and replaced it with no problem.
After 3 months, the 3rd machine is already showing signs of pending problems! Will I Call again or buy a $10 machine to replace it....only time will tell. I DO love my Keurig...when it WORKS!!!!
