I have had a comedy of errors starting when I made the first error when I ordered my k-cup coffee filter; from Keurig Canada. Then it went down hill from there. I have had nothing but pleasant dealings with the workers at Keurig however, my problem is still not resolved. I have been informed that my issue has been escalated to a security matter but yet I have heard nothing. The situation started in November of 2016 and it is now June 2017. I just wanted to get a k-cup filter for a 2.0 coffee maker in time for Christmas 2017. I AM SO FRUSTRATED!!!!!
