Keurig coffee maker 2.0 NO GOOD - Keurig-2.0

I had a very nice Keurig , the model just before the 2.0. It was our second one - first one we went back (over a year of service). Company said they didn't make ours anymore and would send us their new (middle of the line) 2.0. It came - we went through the learning curve to operate it. Didn't like that we could only use the company's K-cups - but so be it - we order from Green Mountain and all the recent orders had the 'right' K-cups - SO FAR SO GOOD. We used the new 2.0 for two days and then it 'went dead'. Called company and they told us to use a paperclip to clean out the needles - we did, and it worked - coffee. Now two days later - had to use the paperclip again - and there are coffee grounds in the area. CRAZY. I am calling Keurig this morning - I will keep calling until one of them works properly. I am a patient person, but I am sure I can go back to my BUNN coffee maker that is up in the cupboard. Too bad that Keurig's engineers have not gotten it right this time. OH, by the way, I am waiting for my single-serve Keurig to arrive - it 'crapped' out too. At this juncture, I would not recommend a Keurig (any model) until they 'get it right'.
