No customer service - Keurg coffee maker

A year and half old Keurig starts running water through it and will not brew. I call to get a repair part an I'm told that their is not one. But I'm in luck!!! The will give me 35% off of the new one and I will only cost me $110.00. NO THANKS!!!! I will go back my 10 year old Mr Coffee. Just as thee of my friends who had exactly the same thing happen to theirs.. Sounds like a recall problem. If you don't stand behind your productit won't be long before you won't hav one.
