Special Addition Replacement
I have probably acquired my last Keurig brewer. My special Addition K65 brewer lasted almost a year when it simply stopped pumping water. After a phone call to Keurig customer support it was determined by them that it needed to be replaced and that since my Special Addition was no longer made, they would "upgrade" me with a new K2.0 model. So about 3 days later I received my replacement K2.0-400 brewer. If you search on their web site, there is NO model K2.0-400. This was their solution of a replacement brewer. The K2.0 brewers are supposed to come with a carafe and some sample carafe K-Cups. Not the 400. In addition they are requiring me to send back the k-cup holder out of my old machine at my expense. Really? At my expense and this is a requirement?
It's bad enough that their brewers will not last even 2 years (this is my 3rd machine in 3 1/2 years), but they send me 1/2 of a brewer and call it an upgrade AND they are asking me to send back the old k-cup holder at my expense. What World are they from?
