Keurig Doesn't Ship All Items - Keurig


Two separate Keurig purchases on two separate occasions in less than 3 months time period, and Keurig FAILS! The company deducts the money directly from your checking account for the exact amount ordered, but fails to ship all items even though they clearly appear on the invoice. Then, when you call 1-866-901-BREW to inquire about the missing items, they promise to send a coupon by e-mail for "free" coffee (you already paid them for, but never received), and you don't receive the e-mail for the coupon either, nor the missing items, nor the refund!!! Buyer Better Call the Better Business Bureau!!!!
