Our son gave us one of these for Christmas. Can I suggest that you send everyone that has registered their machine with you - instructions on how to use the machine without your brand of K Cups. This would be to your advantage, since people are outraged about it. We received this brewer as a gift. We had no knowledge of it being this way and can't afford to buy the K Cups all the time. Also would like to be able to obtain a refillable K CUP for a regular size and a refillable K CUP for the Carafe. Thank you. This would make us happy. DD
