0 Same experience; Keurig quit after 1-1/2 yrs. and customer service said they will sell me a new one at 35% off, $129.99 and free shipping. What a bunch of garbage, no where to send it. Who can afford to spend anything over $100 for something that only lasted that long. What a rip off. I am really discouraged by how customer service did absolutely nothing for me.
