Keurig Ships, But Items Missing!!! - Keurig

Beware if you order anything from www. keurig .com! Your order will be shipped, but the items that were already deducted from your checking account will be missing. This has happened to me twice on two separate occasions within less than a 3-mo. time span. I called customer service twice, was told I'd receive a coupon for a free box of coffee! FREE?? My dears, I paid for it and you STOLE my money. Send me my darn coffee!!!!! Buyer beware!!!!!
